Hydrostatic Firefighting Robot for Tunnel Fires on Roads and Railroads

Tunnel fires are the most important type of fires that are difficult to intervene. Today, along with the increase in road and railway investments, the increase in the number of tunnels is causing more and more indoor fires every day. Especially in road tunnels, the dimensions of fires caused by heavy vehicles carrying dangerous substances reach far more serious points.
It is the first equipment in our country that makes it easy to intervene to fires that take place in the road and railway tunnels, and it can be used in difficult terrain conditions.
INTERVENTION TO FIRE FROM A SAFE DISTANCE BY A REMOTRE CONTROLLER
The fire extinguishing robot is guided by the remote control system and can quickly interven to fire. Thanks to the thermal camera system, safe intervention distance is determined and the robot is positioned according to this distance and the instantaneous temperature values of the event area can be determined. In addition, the system has front and rear cameras (forward and back view cameras), which allow the robot to safely reach the scene and return.
The Hydrostatic Fire Fighting Robot can easily and effectively intervene to dangerous fires, which occur in open and closed areas. The system can be used both on railways by its axle sets as well as on on motorways and rough terrain by its pallets. On the other hand, different studies have been carried out in other countrires on fire extinguishing practices since the increasing number of accidents and fires especially in tunnels. However, our fire-fighting robot developed by our company has a very different and special position
TWO AXIS MOVEMENT CAPABILITY
The two axially movable cylindrical head and with circumferentially positioned spray nozzles, fire extinguisher robot can be remotely controlled.
Axis-1: spraying at a 45 degree angle when in a horizontal position.
Axis-2: the head has the ability to interfere with fires in its 270 degree fins around its axis.
PALETTED DRIVE PROVIDING COMPLIANCE TO DIFFERENT CONDITIONS
Pallet type movement system and hydraulic wheels are driven by motors. There is a drive group with a mechanical suspension system that adapts to different road conditions. It also has a snow blade to eliminate snow and obstacles when the railway or highway is closed. The adaptation to the railways is provided by hydrostatic movement on the axle sets and rails.
